Jess is passionate about living fully and embracing creativity in all aspects of life. She enjoys art, fashion, reading, travelling and spending time with animals and nature. When she’s not immersed in these passions, she is spending time with her family and stays active by hiking, practicing yoga and spending time at her favourite place - the beach!
Jess (she/her) is a clinical psychologist who engages mindfully with compassion, purpose and curiosity.
She has extensive experience supporting young people in public mental health and education settings, as well as working with individuals of all ages in private practice. Jess provides therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and psychosis.
In addition to individual therapy, Jess has facilitated group programs for children and adults on topics such as anxiety, stress management, chronic pain, mood stability, and overall well-being
